PartnerRe Ltd. Declares Dividend on Preferred Shares

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, August 2, 2023 – PartnerRe Ltd. (“the Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the period June 15, 2023 – September 14, 2023 of $0.3046875 per share on the Company’s 4.875% Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, Series J. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2023 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2023.
