Hervé Castella Appointed Group Catastrophe Portfolio Manager

Hervé Castella, previously Chief Agent of our Canadian branch, has taken on the new role of Group Catastrophe Portfolio Manager, effective September 1. Hervé will be responsible for optimizing the total, group-wide, net property catastrophe portfolio and leading our activities with respect to Capital Markets/Insurance convergence. He will report to Costas Miranthis, CEO of PartnerRe Ltd.
