Jean-Paul L. Montupet
Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Company's Compensation & Management and Development Committee and a member of the Risk & Finance Committee

Jean-Paul L. Montupet has served as a director of the Company since February 2002, and is the Chairman of the Board. He is also the Chairman of the Company's Nominating & Governance Committee and is a member of the Risk & Finance Committee. Mr. Montupet has been an Executive Vice President of Emerson since 1990 and is also an advisory Director of Emerson Electric Co. and President of Emerson Europe. In addition, Mr. Montupet is a Director of Lexmark International, Inc.

Mr. Montupet's qualifications to sit on our Board include his years of experience in international business.
