The Special Property Risks team underwrites large industrial property treaties, Lloyds Direct and Facultative (D&F) treaties, as well as some pool or stand-alone treaty solutions for nuclear and non-North American terrorism exposures, in all markets.
Our highly specialized underwriters combine a diversity of backgrounds and experience with a single technical standard in reinsurance and original property risk assessment. The ability to understand complicated and varied loss exposures allow us to address the coverage needs facing our multinational clients. Our financial strength allows us to create sound and substantial underwriting capacity – a focus that has positioned us as an influential and respected partner to our worldwide client base.
The Special Property Risks team operates out of Zurich, Paris and Dublin.
