Mission
FP&A responsible for Solvency II and other projects
Area of responsibilities
Solvency II:
- Act as the FP&A responsible within the Group Project Solvency II
- Responsible for taking the lead on the below main tasks:
- Set standards for the classification of own funds by tier
- Set governance process around the QIS/standard formula exercise
- Lead QIS 5 study
- Ensure alignment and coordination across all Solvency II workstreams in Global (Actuarial, Risk Management, Reserving and Finance)
- Ensure knowledge sharing within the company
Other activities:
- Establish competitor analysis
- Contribute to economical studies
- Valuations and other similar projects
- Involvement in Global / Group projects on an ad hoc basis
Competencies
Technical
- Sound finance, controlling and/or actuarial background, with 2-3 years experience with capital regulatory requirements
- Ability to identify and analyze on-going issues, propose and implement resolutions together with the other parties involved
- Experience in a finance project management role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Additional
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills
- Self-confident person, able to work independently in a dynamic and international company, persistent, strive for improvements
Education/Further requirements
- Business School Diploma (option finance, accounting or actuarial) or University Degree (option finance, accounting or actuarial)
