Thorough evaluation, structuring and research are performed by a multidisciplinary team of finance and actuarial professionals. Our transactions are underwritten or structured to assume the performance risk of the underlying assets. The Principal Finance team is actively involved in the Structured Finance, Project Finance and Tax Advantaged Real Estate sectors.
