So thank you again for your continuing support. While we can’t promise that 2008 will be as strong as 2006 and 2007 – we can promise that we will try our best to earn an adequate return, maintain our financial security and integrity, and continue to be a well-managed company.
I would also like to acknowledge two retirees in our U.S. office: Robin Williams who, as Chief Underwriting Officer for PartnerRe U.S. since 2000, established a high-quality reinsurance underwriting operation and Cathy Hauck who, as General Counsel in the U.S. since 1999, has helped to build the U.S. operations. I’d like to thank both Robin and Cathy for their contributions to making PartnerRe the Company it is today, and we wish them well in their future endeavors.
Finally, as always, I’d like to thank the employees of this organization for their continued hard work and engagement.
