We organize our resources to best serve the needs of our cedants, through a business unit structure. Business units are organized by client type, risk type, or geographic area, depending on which makes the most sense for our clients.
Group functions include Finance and Actuarial, aligned with Group and Business Unit structures, and Support — Human Resources, IT, Legal, Internal Audit and Communications — similarly deployed.
